Implants

Dental implants are one option for replacing missing teeth. It is important to replace missing teeth, if they are not replaced neighboring teeth can drift into that space and cause problems with your bite. Dental Implants can also be used to stabilize dentures that do not stay in place well. This can greatly increase the range of foods that can be eaten, helping to maintain proper nutrition and health.

In our office, an initial Dental Implant Consultation includes a 3D Xray of the area of the missing tooth so that we can assess space and positioning for the implant. We also take impressions and scan these impressions, create a virtual tooth in the area of the missing tooth, and merge this data with the 3D Xray. This initial consultation, xrays and impressions costs $80. This allows us to assess whether you are a candidate for implant therapy and to plan the implant based on where the tooth needs to be. We are then able to fabricate a surgical guide in office to position the implant in the planned location.
